We had a wonderful labor day weekend. We traveled to Oklahoma to celebrate my Papa's 80th birthday. We are so lucky to still have our Papa here and in such good health. It is great for Waylon to get to have these memories with him. We left on Friday, Nathan let me stop at the outlet malls to get Waylon some much needed big boy clothes for the fall and then kept driving to OK getting there very late. On Saturday morning the guys played in the first annual Jay Mashburn Golf Classic. I had hats made for all of them which was a big hit. They girls and babies went up to decorate the church fellowship hall for the big party. We had almost 50 people there and we were only missing 3 out of 13 of the grand kids. We had so much fun eating catching up with family and telling our favorite stories about Papa. It was so fun for so may of our family to get to meet Waylon for the first time. They all fell in love with him and I was so proud to be his mamma. We then went out to the farm so Waylon could ride the horses and play with his cousins some more. On Sunday we went to church with all the family and got to have another lunch with everyone then headed back. We wished we could live closer to all of our cousins so much. Waylon had so much fun playing with everyone. He and GG really became great friends and even got to ride the horse together...We already miss them so much.... Enjoy the pictures.
Thanks Laci for getting some good shots of my little cowboy...
God bless You all!
