We had a wonderful Christmas this year! It was so much fun as the kids were older to get to really enjoy Christmas.
We first celebrated with the Payne family at our house on Tuesday night, we have great Mexican food and lots of fun... Waylon and Prairie got more toys than I can even count.. They loved them all and are still enjoying playing with everything. We got up early (or a normal time for the kids) on Wednesday morning and Santa had come to our house!! We sat a bike and and stroller out for the kids and of course the first thing Waylon ran to was the stroller.... He did enjoy his bike later though... We had so much fun watching and helping them open their gifts. We had our traditional Christmas breakfast then played some more and packed to travel to Oklahoma that night. We really enjoyed the car ride this time because the kids mostly slept and Nathan and I got to visit quite a bit... Once we got to Grandpas in Broken Arrow about 2am the kids were not ready to go back down, so that was quite a fight but we finally won!!! We played all day with Grandpa, Mike and Grandma Billy then got to see all our cousins that night...
We love them all so very much.
Christmas eve we got to spend some more great time with Uncle Mike, Aunt Narissa, and the Hall Family ( our favorite people)..
We had our Big Hale Christmas Eve party that night and Loved getting to show the kids off and get some great love'n from all the Hale's
That night we traveled to Idabel to be with Granna, Granny and Papa... I love that drive on Christmas Eve....
Waylon slept till 11am Christmas Day,,, yes I said 11am... He was so tired and Granny has the best nap house in the world...
After everyone was up we opened gifts and played with everyone all day...
That evening we cooked a big dinner and Matthew and Taylor drove in from Houston with a big surprise... They got Engaged!!! We are so excited because we LOVE Taylor so much... She is who I pray Prairie will grow up to be just like...
The rest of the time in Idable we enjoyed the company of so many of family members... I love being with so many of my family members that I only get to a few times a year and I am so proud to get to share that with my kids...
On Monday we drove home to get ready Waylon's 2year birthday party...
It was a wonderful Christmas we so much love and family, just how I always want it to be...
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! God Bless
