A Lot to Brag About!

Well this was the week of a few first for Baby Waylon. He got to try rice cereal for the first time. From the look on his face in the pictures you can tell he loves it. Many people have told me he will get used to eating it but so far he is still not that into it. I had a dream last night I was blending up the candy Nerds for him to eat as baby food and he loved it, those who know me may not believe that was just a dream.... He also got out of his baby bath tub and is now taking his bath in the big tub. I think he likes the freedom of stretching his arms and legs out... We also go a new baby pool to sit on our back deck out of the direct sun and we got to play in that while Nathan cooked out on Sunday night. Nathan said remember when we were so excited when he would keep his eyes open for 10 minutes at a time and now he is sitting up in a baby pool all by himself.. Ahhh I can not believe it. He is so much fun right now with all these changes. He loves the baby pool and splashed a lot. Thanks to Aunt Kimmie for getting him rubber duckies to play with in the bath and pool. He has also really started to notice Izzy, the dog. He loves her and she is finally allowed to get close to him. He pulls her hair and lets her lick his hands. They are going to be great buddies one day. It has been so much fun this week getting to see things change with him and we are loving every second of it. We are so thankful God gave us this funny, healthy, beautiful baby boy. We are lucky Parents....
