Pumpkin Patch

Just in case you did not want to go through the entire slide show, here are just a few pictures of our family fun day at the pumpkin patch.
On Saturday Nathan, Waylon and My Mom went to Love Creek Orchards in Medina Texas. It is normally an Apple Orchard but they convert it into a pumpkin patch during the fall. I was hoping the day would be nice and cool and it was perfect. It was a little drizzly and cool with over cast sky's, the perfect pumpkin patch weather. We spent an hour or so there just admiring all the different kinds of pumpkins and decorations. There was so much for kids that were older to do. A maze, hay ride (waylon loved this), petting zoo ( super germ afobe Mom would not let Waylon touch any), face painting, pumpkin painting, and much more. This will defiantly be something we will be doing every year as Waylon and #2 will enjoy for a long time. We-I basically went for the photo opp's. There were a lot and thanks to my Mom for getting Waylon to smile a lot we got some great fall pictures. After we left we went to the Apple store and ate some great food and got to try some great apple deserts. Nathan loves anything apple and he esp. loved the apple ice cream. It was one of the best day's I have had in a long time. We were all saying how wonderful it was. If you are in the area you will have to make a special trip there.
P.S. I found the perfect pumpkin while I was there, I am hoping it will help me win this years carving contest.
